We are glad to introduce you Tito di Benedetto, the person who leads the crew at DoubleTree by Hilton Trieste. After a long experience in the Hilton world in Venice, London, Malta and Milan, Tito lands in Trieste in 2019 as our Hotel Manager.
The attention to the constant improving, the passion and the great attitude to the relationships with our Guests are the base of his work. All combined with competence and expertise that Tito conveys everyday to the Team.
A long Hilton experience gained in Barcelona, Como and Venice finally brings Renata to DoubleTree by Hilton Trieste.
Renata approaches her job with great professionalism, enthusiasm and curiosity: every challenge, for her, represents the opportunity to deepen commercial and operational dynamics, to learn and to grow in her job.

The strong passion for the hospitality animates Giuseppe from his young age.
This passion brings him to start a career in Hilton going from Venice to Amsterdam, untile he got at DoubleTree by Hilton Trieste, as Food&Beverage Manager, in 2019.
Passion, commitment and determination bring Giuseppe to give the best service to our Guests, and make them live a unique food experience united with exclusive cocktails signed by our bartenders.
Helping the Hotel Manager in all his activities, Francesco, our Room Division Manager, leaves his sign through the details.
With an analytical mind, he thinks for goals. First of all: the Team and Guests’ satisfaction!
His love for cooking signs his career since he was young. We are talking about Roberto Pozzato, the Head Chef of DoubleTree by Hilton Trieste.
His idea of cuisine embraces an international vision, giving a nod to the regional tradition and a vegan options. Nothing is too challenging for him: testing himself is his daily bread.
